Is 6 weeks too early for a dating scan portafolio professional online dating
It makes me think something is wrong, and that is why my baby is so small.
There is no history of pregnancy complications or birth defects in my family or my fiance's.
so we know for sure I am 6 1/2 weeks (at that point).
I too freaked out about the small size of the baby and the dr told me not to worry about it.
Because it was so small, there was no heartbeat yet, which is normal for 6 weeks.
I am freaking out because 2 weeks off seems like A LOT to me.
That babies develop at different rates and on your next ultrasound the baby may be exactly where it needs to be.
It is quite normal to get an off date on an ultrasound.
My first US put my Edd at Jan 23 then my second put me 4 days ahead of that at Jan 19 and that's the one they're sticking with. The Ob said I must have only been 4-5 weeks at the second sonogram. And, I took a pregnancy test the day after I missed my period and it came back positive already. Or is 2 weeks a long way to be off on the due date?I'm scheduled to go back nest friday for another ultrasound to make sure everything is fine, the baby is growing, and there is a heart beat, as there should be at 7 weeks. I know stressing out is not going to help at this point, but I can't help it. i wouldnt worry we dont always concieve on those 3 fertile days.I wouldn't be too worried, the edds based on your lmp are a very rough estimation of a "normal" cycle... I went in for my first ultrasound at 8 weeks and they made me come back in the next week because they wanted the baby to develope more.I went back in the next week, when I thought I was about 9 weeks and they told me I was only 7 weeks and 5 days.
